To add an additional bread is an upcharge $2.50 per person

If you would like to have a carved meat as a entree there is an upcharge of $5 per person

Grilled sambal marinated shrimp served  a freshly toasted cristini topped with a avocado crema

Roasted red pepper hummus, Cilantro jalapeno hummus, Balsamic and caramelized onion hummus served with pita chips, crackers and vegetables

Sweet potato and shrimp cakes (upgrade $3 per person)

Plump garlic herb shrimp folded into sweet potato cake mix and fried until golden brown then topped with peach bacon marmalade

Chinese bbq pork belly

Braised pork belly covered in chinese bbq sauce served with ginger champagne vinegar gastrique and seasonal vegetable

Bacon wrapped fingerlings

Apple wood smoked bacon wrapped fingerlings baked until golden brown and delicious served with a siracha 

Cajun shrimp and grits shots

Creamy cheddar cheese grits topped with plump Cajun inspired sauteed shrimp served in shot glasses

Smoked salmon canapes

Creamy boursin and smoked salmon moose served in filo cups topped with crispy capers
